Bad variable type…
Ok.. seems that one of the popular (french chick) RSS feeds has changed theire rss feed.. (and pimpstreamer fails on that)
Quickfix: rename/remove the pimpstreamer.ini it will create a fresh one

I try all of the above but still encounter the same problem!
v0.55 - v0.61 , all can’t be used!!
it says current stream directory: “, and just hangs there

this error is only for the RSS feeds.. it has nothing to do with hanging in “current stream directory” that’s because there is no PSP/VIDEO folder on the psp with something in it..

same prob here… cant stream video with all version with the new gui…
June 14th, 2006 at 11:11 pm
i have a PSP/VIDEO folder and yes also with a 0byte dummy file in it.. called “1.pmp”

Dicky, it might be worth adding the /psp/video folder to the archive for 0.62, it will save a lot of questions in the long run mate. or add it to this one and let everyone know its been updated for that reason.

forgot to add:
it still crashes at “current stream directory”
June 15th, 2006 at 1:49 am
yes it crashes “” “” even when there’s a vid in PSP\VIDEO. Grab the archive again, you need THIS SPECIFIC .ini file because the .ini created by the program when it doesn’t find one will NOT work.

It looks like you need to configure at least 1 valid rss feed… It started working after I did that.
